Robbie Lauderdale has been an educator in Limestone County for twenty years.  She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from The University in Alabama in Huntsville.  She then earned a Master of Arts in Education from The University of North Alabama and a Master of Arts in Instructional Leadership from Samford University

Mrs. Lauderdale began her career as a math teacher at West Limestone High School where she taught for 11 years.  She transferred to the central office as a secondary curriculum coordinator in 2008.  While at the central office, she assumed other responsibilities including testing and accountability coordinator. 

In 2014 Mrs. Lauderdale became an assistant principal at East Limestone High School.  During her tenure at East Limestone, the school received an A+ College Ready grant allowing more advanced placement courses to be offered.  In July of 2017 Mrs. Lauderdale transferred to Blue Springs Elementary school as the assistant principal.  After just 4 months, Mrs. Lauderdale was promoted to principal of Johnson Elementary where she is excited to lead.
